Paul Cummins – CEO
Paul is a Chartered Accountant and has recently celebrated 25 years working in the television, animation and film industry. Since founding Telegael in 1988, Paul has raised substantial investment for Telegael’s slate of productions and has acted as Executive Producer on more than 40 projects for the global television market amounting to more than 750 hours of programming. These projects include two-time Emmy Award winning series Tutenstein for PorchLight Entertainment and Discovery Kids, Hero -108 for Moonscoop and Cartoon Network, Skunk Fu for Cartoon Saloon and Super-RTL/BBC and three-time IFTA winner Aifric, the tween live action series which has been translated into seven different languages.

Enda Boner - Chief Operating Officer
Enda has over 20 years experience working in the film and television industry. He joined Telegael in 1989 as a Sound Recordist, later working as Sound Mixer until he was appointed head of the company’s sound division. As Director of Facilities, Enda heads up the company’s technical and engineering team and is responsible for managing the company’s $14m investment to date in studios, facilities and technology.

Sinéad McGinn - Post Production Supervisor
Sinéad has been a member of the Telegael team since 1996. She is responsible for our daily facilities coordination & project scheduling. If you have any queries regarding our filming crews, studios and facilities Sinéad will be happy to hear from you.

Bernie Ní Shúilleabháin - Head of Finance
Bernie joined Telegael in 2003 as Financial Accountant and was appointed Financial Controller to the Telegael group of companies in 2004. Bernie has extensive and wide-ranging experience in film finance, budgeting, production accounting and reporting. She is responsible for managing Telegael’s financial division and overseeing the financial and secretarial affairs of all the companies in the Telegael group.

Michelle Feely - Head of Business and Legal Affairs
Michelle joined Telegael in 2013. Following her graduation in Corporate Law from NUI Galway, Michelle trained with A&L Goodbody and qualified as a practising solicitor with their Intellectual Property and Information Technology department in January 2011 where she worked as an assistant solicitor for three years. Michelle has wide-ranging experience in advising on intellectual property rights, media and entertainment law and negotiating commercial contracts. As Head of Business and Legal Affairs, Michelle is responsible for drafting and negotiating the company’s co-production and acquisition of rights agreements, licence and distribution agreements and overseeing the legal and commercial affairs of all the companies in the Telegael group.

Billy Keady - Director of Photography
Billy has worked as a Director of Photography for over 20 years with extensive experience in drama, children’s, factual and entertainment programming. He has experience in both single camera and multi-camera filming. Billy has also directed projects for leading international broadcasters including BBC, HBO, ITV, RTE, TV3, S4C.

Ciarán Ó Tuairisc - Head of Audio
Ciarán began working as a Location Sound Recordist and Sound Mixer. He became Telegael’s Senior Sound Mixer in 1993 and has since worked on many documentary and drama programmes. Ciarán has also directed the dubbing of many animation and live action series. He was appointed Head of Audio in 1999 where he manages a large and creative team of audio specialists.

Cathy Ní Fhlaithearta - Head of Production
Cathy joined Telegael in 2006 as a Production Co-Ordinator and soon progressed to Production Manager on a number of Telegael projects. In January 2014, Cathy was appointed as Head of Production and is responsible for the supervision, management and execution of live-action and animation projects from development through to post production. Cathy graduated from Galway- Mayo institute of Technology in 2006 with a degree in Gnó agus Cumarsáid.

Sharon Gill - Head of Subtitling
Sharon joined Telegael in 2000 as a Production Assistant and in 2006 was appointed head of the company’s subtitling division. TMI Subtitling is Ireland’s largest supplier of subtitling services, providing both translation services and specialised subtitling.

Heather Grace Mills - Development / Stop-motion Manager
Heather is an Animation Line Producer and Production Manager with international project experience in traditional 2D, 3D-CGI and Stop-Motion animation series and features. Heather oversees Telegael's slate of stop-motion animation projects and Telegael's own dedicated stop-motion animation studio in Connemara, the only one of its kind in Ireland.

Christine O'Connor
Dr T.P. Hardiman – Chairman
Following his graduation in engineering and science from UCD T P Hardiman served in the radio and television broadcasting services for over 20 years culminating in his appointment as Director General of RTE, Ireland's National Public Service Broadcaster, a position he held for seven years. He has a wide commercial and financial experience at home and overseas and has served as member of the board of several of Ireland's leading public companies. He has been active in EU matters and in the EU-Japan relationship and in the wider EU-Asia interaction.
